Zhao Yuejun introduced that Hanchuan textile and clothing enterprises used to produce in small workshops, which were scattered and disorderly; Hanchuan Economic Development Zone will build Hanzheng Garment Industrial Park, Zhejiang Merchants Industrial Park, Central China Down Garment Smart Industrial Park, Beihe Industrial Park, Yuhua Industrial Park, Central China Fur City and other "five parks and one city", leading the industry to a new path of centralized and standardized development.

Zhao Yuejun said that every June, garment enterprises in Hanchuan Economic Development Zone enter the peak season of down jacket production, and this year's popularity is more popular than before. "We pay attention to the reinforcement of the industrial chain and the coordination of the supply chain, so that enterprises can develop at ease."

In terms of industrial chain construction, Hanchuan Economic Development Zone actively contacts Zhejiang's fabric and machinery equipment enterprises to fill the gap in the industrial chain. In terms of supply chain collaboration, we encourage and support enterprises to fully integrate into the Huafang chain platform and enjoy online matchmaking, intelligent transactions, designer docking and other services. At present, there are more than 1900 enterprises registered on the chain, with transaction volume exceeding 3 billion yuan and financing exceeding 35 million yuan. In Hubei Yalida Garment Co., Ltd., a national high-tech enterprise, the scene of intelligent manufacturing is refreshing: the cloth on the cutting bed is automatically cut according to the laser positioning, and the hanging system sends the cloth to the operating platform. Workers only need to put pants and pockets on the machine and align them. The machine automatically sews, and the whole process is smooth and efficient. It is reported that the company has 16 utility model patents and 2 invention patents, with an annual production capacity of 5 million pieces (sets).

"The key is the empowerment of science and technology." Zhao Yuejun introduced that, with the encouragement and support of Hanchuan Economic Development Zone, more than 80% of the textile and clothing enterprises in Hanchuan have implemented technological transformation and capacity expansion, invested more than 4 billion yuan in total, built 120000 square meters of standardized plants, purchased more than 1300 sets of advanced equipment at home and abroad, and emerged one provincial invisible champion demonstration enterprise, one small technology giant enterprise Five enterprises have been cultivated, with more than 400 kinds of intellectual property rights and patents, and more than 30 kinds of high-tech varieties.

The world's largest aluminum easy open lid factory produces more than 70 million pieces per day
