At the conclusion of the work, the head of the team appraises that I am the most hardworking, responsible and working overtime all night, and all the comments on "mistakes" and "blunders" have become positive energy encouragement.

I was deeply moved by this, and I became more and more interested in teamwork.

All of this shows a reason.

Workplace success first requires workplace happiness.

And workplace happiness, not alone, silly music, need to be recognized by everyone, we need to get everyone's support, we need to get everyone's favorite.
