Marni Gerber (design director of Nike Sensory Series) has extensively worked with Jeff Pisciotta, a senior research fellow of Nike Sports Research Laboratory (NSRL), to study the development and improvement of Nike Sensory series and Nike Kids Nike.
As part of the study, NSRL studied five infants who walked less than six months.
Marni and Jeff go deep into every detail, understand everything related to children, and use this information to design children's shoes, so that they meet children's foot shape and function requirements.
In analyzing the performance of Nike Sensory Motion sneakers, they used high pressure technology such as shoe pressure testing, high-speed video and whole body digital video.
