"At that time, it still takes a lot of courage to work in a private enterprise, because the system is not stable yet, but I feel that opportunities and crises coexist, so I made this decision resolutely."

In 1994, Chen Qingwei formally joined the Baofeng enterprise. At that time, Baofeng has just created 5 years.
It was in such a coincidence that Chen Qingwei began to interact with slippers all the year round.
In the conversation with reporters, Chen Qingwei prefers to call this turning point the first venture in his life, because the Baofeng enterprise at that time was not large in scale, but a small private enterprise with more than 200 employees and an annual output value of only 8 million yuan, and the potential and bright market prospect of this start-up company made him feel the future of Baofeng.
Soon, under the insistence of Chen Qingwei and many shareholders, Baofeng shoe industry started a reorganization plan to fight the domestic market with a new look. This reorganization revitalize the resources of enterprises, and the annual output value doubled in the next two years, reaching 20 million yuan.
Since then, Baofeng has opened a brilliant page in its development process.
Chen Qingwei confidently said, "in recent years, the company will vigorously promote the Chinese market investment, promote the domestic market development in all directions, and strive to achieve the goal of building China's first slippers brand within three years."
