   Since the China Textile Industry Federation launched the pilot project of "building a 'family friendly' textile and clothing enterprise" in 2022, the first phase of the project has now come to an end.    Ningbo Shendie Fashion Co., Ltd. is located in Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone, mainly engaged in the production and processing of clothing. The total building area of the enterprise is 73799 square meters. The workshop has complete production equipment for cutting, sewing, finishing, shipping, etc., and has advanced automatic hanging flow system and three-dimensional storage system. The company now has more than 3000 employees, with an annual output of 30 million pieces.
   In July 2023, Ningbo Shendie Fashion Co., Ltd. officially joined the FFF pilot project with the support of PUMA. In September 2023, the enterprise set up an enterprise family friendly group with employee representatives as the main body, completed the first round of research and FFF concept and related knowledge popularization organized by the expert team of the Social Responsibility Office of China Textile Federation, and clarified the focus and direction of FFF policy and system revision and related mechanism construction; In October 2023, the FFF project team organized special training activities for enterprises with the theme of "building a 'family friendly' workplace to promote sustainable development of enterprises" and "happy work and happy life - being excellent employees in the new era"; In November 2023, the enterprise formulated, issued and implemented the Family Friendly Policy, incorporating the family friendly system into the corporate social responsibility management and sustainable development system.
   FFF project special training activities
   Strengthen workplace dialogue
   Workplace dialogue is an important measure for enterprises and employee representative groups to exchange information on the rights and interests of all parties and important issues, and promote mutual understanding, cooperation and win-win. As an important part of workplace dialogue, employee representatives are the bridge and link between enterprises and employees, as well as the characteristics of Shendish's corporate culture.
   Shendie employee representatives are elected through transparent and fair employee elections. The enterprise provides each employee representative with training and guidance on the roles and responsibilities of employee representatives, workers' rights and obligations, communication skills, problem solving, etc., to help employee representatives better adapt to their new identities and enhance their communication and influence. At the same time, the enterprise has established an open, efficient and convenient communication channel, and has set up a special docking team, with special personnel for direct docking, responsible for follow-up and handling of specific issues; The enterprise will also regularly collect the opinions of employees and management, evaluate the working status and overall performance of employee representatives, and timely improve the management methods of employee representative teams.
   At present, the employee representative team is growing and improving day by day. The overall representative team personnel structure tends to be optimized. The proportion of male and female employee representatives is close to that of male and female production employees. The average age of employee representatives is 7.68 years lower, and the average length of service of employee representatives is 0.23 years lower; Give full play to the role of talent pool, and 11 people have taken the post of team leader, 10 people have taken the post of reserve cadre, and 6 people have taken the post of versatile worker; Helping staff to stabilize, improve quality and efficiency: the effectiveness of feedback from employee representatives and the rate of feedback resolution have improved year by year, the proportion of employee representatives who are very satisfied has increased by 64.55%, the turnover rate of employees has decreased by 39.84% over the years, the achievement rate of SAH goals has increased by 7.47%, and the qualification rate of RFT has increased by 0.45%.
   During the implementation of the FFF project, the members of the enterprise family friendly group with employee representatives as the main body played an important role. In order to have a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of employees' needs in work and life, the enterprise family friendly group has established an open communication mechanism, followed the basic principles of openness, transparency and fair competition, valued the participation and expression of each employee, carried out multiple rounds of research, widely collected employees' working conditions, suggestions for improvement of canteen and dormitory, overtime shuttle bus routes Information on gender equality, education of minor children of employees and other aspects, and gradually introduce corresponding improvement measures for problems found in employee research.
   Dormitory reconstruction
   The enterprise actively carries out relevant actions to improve the accommodation conditions of employees in combination with the feedback information and analysis results of the family friendly group employee accommodation satisfaction survey.
   Action measure 1: ensure the maintenance of dormitory hardware facilities. The enterprise has sent professionals to check the existing facilities, replace and repair them in time according to the use conditions, and will continue to record the spot check information table;
   Action measure 2: optimize the arrangement of the use time of public areas. The public bathrooms have been upgraded to maximize the time arrangement of employees, and air energy devices have been introduced to achieve a win-win situation of high efficiency, energy conservation and green environmental protection;
   Action measure 3: upgrade supporting facilities for daily use, sports and leisure entertainment. In order to realize the transformation from "living comfortably" to "living comfortably", the enterprise has replaced the wardrobe in the collective dormitory and expanded the public drying area; Add leisure and entertainment places and facilities, such as gym, badminton court and yoga room, to enrich the spare time life of employees;
   Action 4: Build new dormitory buildings for employees. In order to meet the growing accommodation demand of the enterprise, the enterprise has built a new dormitory building for employees, so that more employees can enjoy the benefits of warm and comfortable accommodation.

   Assist in the education of employees' children
   Help employees' children to attend school nearby. Due to the shortage of resources in the campus of Beilun District, where the enterprise is located, the chances of enrollment for children of migrant population with low or no scores in the city are very slim. According to the survey data of minor children of employees, the rate of minor children left behind is as high as 81%. In order to alleviate the enrollment problem of the children of migrant employees, the company has set up a special enrollment indicator for the children of employees of Longteng (bonus personnel) to provide children's enrollment points for qualified employees who participate in the quantitative integration of migrant population in Beilun District.
   In addition, the enterprise also provides leave childcare services for employees with children at home. The enterprise and Dagang Industrial Community jointly carried out activities, established a special team of volunteer teachers, and launched a series of characteristic theme courses such as safety education, hands-on ability training, intangible cultural heritage learning, etc. with the support of the Ainuan Tongxin Public Welfare Teaching Assistant Team of Ningbo Vocational and Technical College and other forces. The Holiday School goes online on time in July every year to solve the problem of "bringing children" for migrant families, provide a variety of summer experiences for "young migrant birds", and let "young migrant birds" feel the warmth of "their second hometown".
