Then the reporter came to the Northwest Aerospace Beidou Application Center located in Tumushuke Economic and Technological Development Zone. Zhao Jian, an engineer of Xinjiang Beidou Industrial Technology Research Institute, told reporters that the objects in the cotton field are soil sensors, weather stations, Internet of Things equipment and automatic control equipment, which together with the Northwest Aerospace Beidou Application Center constitute the information service platform for the whole industry chain of cotton smart agriculture.

It is reported that there are 1000 mu of cotton fields in Tumushuke City, the Third Division, receiving the "Beidou" service this year, which will be fully promoted from 2024, so that all cotton planting and production units, cotton intensive processing enterprises, supply chain enterprises and logistics enterprises in the division city can obtain the whole process of information cloud services, and finally form the informatization standard of the whole industrial chain of cotton smart agriculture of the Third Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Then it will be promoted to other teacher cities.

Zhao Jian said that Northwest Aerospace Beidou Application Center uses Beidou high-precision positioning technology, satellite and low altitude UAV remote sensing technology, Internet of Things, big data and other information technology means to create a whole process, whole industry chain intelligent agricultural information service platform dominated by cotton production, deep processing, logistics and transportation industries.

This platform serves the cotton planting automation supervision, cotton deep processing and logistics enterprises in all regiments of the Third Division, forming the information big data asset of the whole cotton industry chain of the Division, which can effectively reduce the input cost of information repeated construction of cotton production and deep processing enterprises, and improve the quality and output of cotton production as a whole.

Liu Bin, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and director of the Tumushuke Science and Technology Bureau of the Third Division, told reporters that through in-depth implementation of the innovation driven development strategy, the division city now has 6 high-tech enterprises and 18 technology-based SMEs settled in Tumushuke Economic Development Zone, creating 5 innovation incubation and service platforms. In 2022, the output value of high-tech industries will increase by 260 million yuan over the previous year.
