Mr. Huang Yong, Chairman Of The Principle Of CIAA, Former Secretary Of The Party Committee And Deputy Director Of The Institute Of Physics And Chemistry Of The Chinese Academy Of Sciences, Attended The 20Th Anniversary Of CIAA And Delivered A Speech

On December 25, 2022, CIAA The 20th anniversary meeting was held online. The conference is releasing CIAA On the basis of the 20th anniversary memorabilia, the units and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the construction of CIAA and the development of the antibacterial industry were commended.

In his speech, Mr. Huang Yong pointed out that as time goes by, the Antibacterial Association has ushered in its twentieth anniversary. The past 20 years have been a bumpy and extraordinary one, as well as a vigorous one.

Mr. Huang Yong pointed out that today's world is an era of global integration. Therefore, industrial development needs a global perspective. Since its establishment, the Antibacterial Association has established contacts with foreign counterparts in Japan, South Korea, the United States, Europe and other countries and regions, and maintained continuous industrial exchanges, so that the development of China's antibacterial industry has kept pace with the international antibacterial industry. In order to better promote the international development of China's antibacterial industry and enhance the status and voice of China's antibacterial industry in the world, since 2012, the Association has begun to discuss with the Japanese Antibacterial Association the possibility of launching an international association. In March 2015, the Association, together with Japan and South Korea Antibacterial Association, released the information on the establishment of the World Antibacterial Industry Federation jointly sponsored by China, Japan and South Korea in Shanghai. After 8 years and 11 rounds of consultation, the World Federation of Antibacterial Industries was officially registered in Tokyo, Japan, in July 2020.

Finally, Mr. Huang Yong raised expectations to the Association. He hoped that under the current situation that the COVID-19 epidemic is still continuing, the Association could take the 20th anniversary as an opportunity to continue to promote the visualization of antibacterial performance, so as to introduce more safe and effective antibacterial products to the society and make unremitting efforts to improve people's health. This is an opportunity for the development of the Association, but also a requirement of the development of the times. I believe that the Association will live up to its expectations, rise to the difficulties, promote the sustainable, healthy and rapid development of the industry, and make new contributions to socialism with Chinese characteristics!
