Keqiao Textile Industry Cluster Cross Border E-Commerce Pilot Project Won Provincial Special Incentive

Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce and the Provincial Department of Finance announced the list of special incentives for the pilot cross-border e-commerce development of industrial clusters in Zhejiang Province in 2021. The textile industrial cluster of Keqiao district was successfully selected as the second level of demonstration category. According to the relevant documents, the district will receive 3 million yuan of special incentive funds.

In recent years, our district has unswervingly promoted the application and promotion of new forms and modes of foreign trade, and promoted cross-border e-commerce to become a new engine and new driving force for the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade from the perspectives of platform building, enterprise cultivation, talent training, policy incentives, etc.

By the end of 2020, the region has cultivated more than 1400 cross-border e-commerce enterprises, with an annual net increase of 401, the highest in history. Relying on the cross-border e-commerce Industrial Park and cross-border e-commerce public service center of China Light and Textile City, the atmosphere of developing cross-border e-commerce in our district has become increasingly strong. There are more than 270 cross-border e-commerce and supporting enterprises such as Mujia home furnishing and Zhejiang lezhu. We have built a cross-border e-commerce Industrial College of the light textile city with the College of Arts and Sciences, and have reached a talent training cooperation agreement with express express and Zhijiang college, Regularly carry out personnel training, special salon and other activities. At the same time, the public service center also launched a list of 13 services to provide one-stop cross-border services for enterprises. At present, 41 enterprises are incubated, and more than 85% of them have achieved the leap from 0 to 1 quality.

The relevant person in charge of the District Bureau of Commerce said that the cross-border e-commerce would boost the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade and show Keqiao's e-commerce style in the leading race.
