According to foreign media reports, Nike 9 accused its top three designers of stealing corporate secrets and secretly appropriating it to Nike rival Adidas.

ADI will set up a new design center in Broolyn in September 2015, when the three designers will take over the responsibility of urban footwear design.

The company filed a lawsuit in the Oregon court at its headquarters, claiming at least $10 million in damages to three people.

Nike said that the company's former designer, Marc Dolce, Mark Minor (Mark Miner) and senior design director Denis Dekovic began to contact Adidas company during the company, which violated the non competition law agreement they signed.

Nike said that the three designers began to design strategies in April 2013, and took actions to close to Adidas in an attempt to establish a design laboratory to better design footwear products, but also to bring Nike Nike plans for operation, sports apparel and football footwear products in the coming years.

The company accepted the idea of three people and offered them attractive treatment.

The center of the plan is called Broolyn creative design center, which began operation in 2015.

ADI representatives told the prosecution that the company did not care about the past, only willing to absorb talent.

A spokesman for Nike declined to comment further on the case, but said the company would be serious about protecting intellectual property rights.

ADI

The company should have known the non competition law agreement, so it should promise the case claim.

The non competition law prohibits Nike designers from working with Nike after they leave the company one year after they work.
