In order to expand exports, Binxing constantly improve management level, strict quality management, speed up the development of new products in the three pillar industries, and rely on the market development of three key products, such as tires, machinery and shoes, to seize the market and grab speed, so as to achieve a steady growth in export.
In terms of footwear, the group has accelerated the construction of the logistics platform in order to further enhance the sales share of the footwear market, carry out unified management, unified standards, unified image, unified price and unified products for shoes and apparel industry, and gradually achieve specialization, serialization and regularization. This has helped to give full play to the scale advantage and laid a solid foundation for better coping with the competition of foreign brands.

In order to increase the sales volume of double star tires, the group expands the international sales channels by taking the countries with low market share as a breakthrough.
At present, the group produces all steel loaded radial tire, semi steel radial tire and other products exported to Europe and the United States, Southeast Asia, central and South America, the Middle East, Africa and other more than 130 countries and regions.
In line with the principle of parallel development at home and abroad, the group has gradually built up a chain network of tire stores in the whole country, expanding sales channels and promoting the sales of double star tires.
In terms of machinery, Binxing machinery implements brand strategy according to the market changes, and persists in organically combining selling products and selling culture, selling services and selling integrity. It has stepped up international publicity, stepped out to participate in some international exhibitions, made acquaintance with foreign customers, and worked with trading companies to export ships by sea. The leading product cleaning equipment, sand processing equipment and other products have been exported to 10 countries and regions such as the United States, Russia, India and Pakistan.
