According to incomplete statistics, the shoemaking enterprises in the whole country have set up more than 3500 stores and offices in more than 100 large and medium-sized cities, and Russia, Singapore and other countries, and have more than 8000 people's marketing teams. Their products are exported to more than 70 countries and regions such as Southeast Asia, Europe and America, Africa and so on.

The town also set up shoe products and shoe materials quality supervision and inspection center and research and development center, mainly responsible for the quality inspection of shoes, export inspection of shoes, shoes product development, and the use of high technology to make shoes technical pformation. At present, the equipment is basically ready, the personnel have been matched, and will soon be put into operation.

The cluster strategy: to guide shoemaking enterprises to concentrate on the shoe industrial economic zone and enhance the agglomeration effect.

The town has planned and step-by-step efforts to strengthen the construction of shoe industry economic zones such as Dongzhou ocean, pupo, Shek HWU, Xiaoxi, Gui Shan Yang, tou tou Yang, seaside and hululing. It has encouraged and guided shoemaking enterprises to concentrate on the shoe industrial economic parks, and gradually changed the situation of scattered and disorderly development of enterprises.

At present, the 4 major parks, such as gourtou, turtle mountain, hululing and seaside, have invested more than 300 million yuan for the construction of "three links and one flat", sewage disposal facilities, greening and other related projects.

Dongzhou, pupo, Shek Hu and Xiaoxi are also planning to build a shoe industrial park.

At the same time, they also encourage enterprises to carry out strong alliances, combine strength and weakness, and set up group companies to enhance agglomeration effect and scale effect by integrating resources such as technology, talent and capital.

Supporting strategy: actively promoting the construction of shoe material production base, extending the industrial chain and implementing the supporting industry development strategy is a key step in the development of footwear industry in Huidong.

Through this strategy, at present, the women's shoes industry cluster of Jilong has initially formed the footwear industry chain, and has strong industrial supporting ability. The shoes products are completed in the shoe making industrial park from the design, raw material organization, mold processing, molding and assembly process.

However, there is still a lack of raw material assets and poor convergence of industrial chains.

To this end, Jilong town pays close attention to the construction of shoe materials production base with 3000 mu in the near future and 6000 mu in the long term planning, and formulating various preferential policies, vigorously introducing various shoe material enterprises to Jilong, and gradually forming shoe material industrial clusters.
