It has been popular in the flour industry of our country for decades. 。 "Ship" trademark It's China. History of trademark registration First registration record Trademark No. 1 。

In 1923, the Beiyang government promulgated the trademark law and formally established the Trademark Bureau of the Ministry of agriculture and commerce. The "warship" trademark is applied for registration at this time according to the law. It is the first registered trademark in the history of trademark registration in China.

At present, no registration certificate of "ship" brand has been found yet, but the author found the Rongshi brothers in August 29, 1923 declared the precious materials such as the trademark material, drawing materials and trademark notice of the Trademark Office of the Ministry of agriculture and commerce.

According to the historical materials of the trade mark, the "ship" brand is a famous industrialist in modern China, Rong Zongjin and Rong Zongquan brothers, who were invited to register with the Trademark Office of the Ministry of agriculture and Commerce of the Beiyang government. The specific time is August 29, 1923. At that time, there were also registered trademarks of Rongshi brothers in the Fuxin flour company of Shanghai, and the "red and blue longevity" trademark of Fuxin second flour mill in Shanghai. After the announcement of the registered trademark, the Trademark Office trademark registration certificate issued by the director of the Trademark Office Qin Rui is also No. 1.

During the announcement of the specific registration contents of the "ship" brand of the registered trademark No. 1, there is a decision approved according to the fourth provision of the trademark law; the time for registration to the certificate is August 29th (August 29, 1923) of the Republic of China in August 29, 1923; according to the sixteenth provision of the trademark law, the term of the trademark is twenty years. The special age of "ship" is: from twelve August 29th to thirty-two August 28th. Others are: according to the classification of the thirty-sixth commodities in the trademark law at that time: the Maoming flour company in Wuxi is the name of the petitioner and the address of the petitioner (No. 58 Jiangxi Road, Shanghai).

In the trademark announcement at that time, it also showed that the "ship" brand was divided into four colors: green, red, blue and black. Green is used on top of flour, and the rest is divided into three types: red, blue and black.

The trademark of the "ship" is composed of characters and graphics. The name of the enterprise is Wuxi Maoming flour company. From right to left, WUSICH FLOUR MILL is translated into English from Wuxi Maxin flour company. In the middle is a ship's boat and ship's name and trade name, which are "made in China on the top of flour" and "approved by the Ministry of Commerce". The two lines are distributed to the left and right sides. According to the historical data of the trade mark, the Ministry of Commerce was the first department in charge of Commerce established by the late Qing government in March 1903. In September 1906, the Qing government merged the Ministry of labour into the Ministry of Commerce, renamed the Ministry of agriculture, industry and commerce. The approval of the Ministry of commerce is that the production of flour by Maoming flour company was approved by the Ministry of Commerce in the late Qing Dynasty. The "tax exemption" is the preferential policy of the Qing government in order to encourage and support the development of national industry. The English instructions for the bottom part of the trade mark include the weight, specifications and quality assurance of each bag of flour.

The birth of the "warship" trademark reflects the characteristics of China's semi feudal and semi colonial era in the early twentieth Century. After the signing of the Shimonoseki treaty between China and Japan in 1895, Japanese businessmen came to China to run factories. The sale of processed products from China's raw materials in the Chinese market could be rich and moist.

Rong brothers, with the strong desire of "saving the country by industry", launched Baoxing flour and small-scale production flour in March 1902.

In August 1903, it was expanded to a larger flour mill and renamed Maoming flour mill. After several years of capital accumulation, the Maoming flour mill introduced advanced American flour milling machinery in March 1910, which expanded the original production scale by 3 times. At the same time, we have used the trademark of "ship".

In 1913, Rong brothers set up Fuxin flour mill in Shanghai in order to further expand the production scale of "ship" brand flour. By 1920, Rong brothers had set up 12 flour mills in Wuxi, Shanghai, Hankou and Ji'nan, and most of their products were used as "military ships" trademarks. In addition, other six trademarks such as "Bao Xing", "red and blue longevity", "Peony", "six bat", "Pan Shou" and "Mai Gan" are also used.

Since 1924, the production capacity of the "ship" brand flour has accounted for more than 30% of the national flour mill, which has resisted the impact of "ocean surface" to a certain extent. The "warship" flour is also sold to Southeast Asian countries and some European countries.
