In order to guide enterprises to take the target market as the guidance, and strive to improve the technological content and added value of export commodities, and further enhance the technological competitiveness of China's foreign trade, the Ministry of Commerce, in conjunction with relevant departments, organized relevant industry organizations, research institutions and other related units to formulate technical guidelines for export commodities.
It is now releasing the six batch of 10 technical guidelines for export commodities.
