Reporters learned from the Nanning ASEAN economic development zone that the newly built Midea Group, Guan Quan shoes industry, Nan Xi shoes industry and many other enterprises have entered the peak period of recruitment and can provide over 1.4 jobs.


"Our factory expects to employ 1500 people in July, but there are still 900 people missing."

Nan hee footwear industry, a person in charge told reporters.

It is understood that this year, Muse group and other labor-intensive enterprises have been completed and put into operation in the Nanning ASEAN Economic Development Zone, forming an industrial cluster. The demand for all kinds of talents and labor workers, especially skilled workers, has increased dramatically.

According to statistics, the number of enterprises will be 60 thousand in the next 3 years, and the demand for labor will reach 14 thousand this year. But there are nearly 13 thousand jobs waiting for recruitment.


At present, the Nanning ASEAN Economic Development Zone Management Committee has set up points in the labor market and the human resources market of the Development Zone in Nanning, helping enterprises recruit workers, and organizing Nanning related technical schools and vocational high school students to visit the development zones in batches to guide students to come to work after graduation.
