The main reason for the dissatisfaction of injection products is lack of material and injection pressure and speed (including pressure caused by resistance).

It may be caused by the following reasons:

1. reasons for injection molding machine:

If the plasticizing quantity or heating rate of the machine is not fixed, the plasticizing quantity and heating power should be selected.

The wear and tear of the screw and the barrel or the rubber head cause the actual charging modulus not to be returned; the heating system failure of the thermocouple or heating ring causes the actual temperature of the material barrel to be too low; the seal element of the injection cylinder causes oil leakage or reflux, and can not reach the required injection pressure; the small internal hole of the nozzle or improper adjustment of the nozzle center degree leads to excessive resistance and pressure consumption.

2. reasons for injection mold:

1. the local or overall temperature of the mold is too low to cause difficulty in feeding.

2. the distribution of mold cavity is unbalanced.

The thin wall thickness of the parts results in excessive consumption of pressure and poor filling.

The whole part or part of the wall thickness should be increased, or the auxiliary flow or gate should be set up near the underfill place.

3. the flow path of the mold is too small to cause pressure loss; when too large, there will be weak glue; too rough will cause dissatisfaction.

The size of the runner should be appropriately set, and the proper arc pition should be applied to the pition between the main stream and the shunting Road, the gate or the turning point.

4. mold exhaust is bad.

The material entering into the cavity is filled with dissatisfaction due to the obstruction of the gas pressure which is not enough to discharge.

We can make full use of the slot exhaust of the screw or reduce the clamping force, and use the parting surface to exhaust. If necessary, we must set up the exhaust channel or air hole.
