On August 13th, the Ji'nan municipal Market Supervision Bureau conducted a random inspection of the main responsibilities of the city's online catering ordering platform and network merchants, and found that 4 restaurants were not allowed to engage in online ordering.

The Inspection Bureau found that the US group did not attach importance to food safety management, and did not establish a strict and complete management system. It did not censor, censorship, and reduce the threshold of the network merchants. It led to the problems of merchants entering the network, the inaccuracy of publicity, and the inability of the merchants to supervise and urge the rectification or downline. For this reason, the relevant market area Supervision Bureau will investigate and deal with the related violations of the platform and the network merchants.

According to the media, on the 23 day of last month, the Beijing Consumers Association interviewed some group of online catering service providers on suspicion of violations. The City Consumers Association informed the US group about the problems found in the survey, asked the US group to comment on the timely self-examination and rectification, and made written feedback to the Consumers Association within three days from the results of self-examination and rectification.
