According to the world clothing and shoe net, the French financial market regulator Autorite des Marches Financiers (hereinafter referred to as AMF) announced on Wednesday that the French luxury goods giant

The group's acquisition of Christian Dior's stake will start in June 8th and end in June 28th.

AMF wrote in the relevant documents: "according to the relevant provisions, the public offer will be held from June 8th to June 28th."

And the paction is consistent with the relevant provisions of stock trading.

The acquisition is LVMH Group Chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault simplifying Christian.

After the paction is completed, Dior will become the second largest brand in LVMH group's fashion department, next to Louis Vuitton.

At present, the majority shareholder of the LVMH group, the Bernard Arnault family group, has a 74.1% stake in Christian Dior group.

According to the documents submitted by the LVMH group, the Bernard Arnault family will pay 172 euros in cash and 0.192 shares of Hermes (Hermes) shares (Arnault's family group is also the second largest shareholder of Hermes) by investing 12 billion 100 million euros in the remaining 25.9% of the shares through the subsidiary Semyrhamis.

In addition, the Bernard Arnault family also provided two additional trading options, namely, the exchange of 260 euros per share of Christian Dior shares, which is 2.7% higher than the closing price of 253.05 euros in May 23rd, or the exchange of 0.566 shares of Hermes.

The paction is valued at 6 billion 500 million euros for Christian Dior group's high-end fashion business Christian Dior Couture, which is 15.6 times the value of EBITDA (interest tax depreciation and amortization profit) in the past 12 months (as at the end of March 2017).

After the completion of the paction, Christian Dior Couture will merge into LVMH's fashion and leather goods department, while Arnault's LVMH group shareholding will rise to 46.8% from the previous 36.2%.

Due to the historical evolution, Christian Dior group owns the Christian Dior Couture of high fashion business, and is also the largest shareholder of LVMH.

Christian Dior Couture manages clothing, accessories and jewelry business, and its beauty makeup and perfume line belong to LVMH group.

After the paction is completed, LVMH will have Christian Dior Coutue fashion, beauty and perfume business.

Christian Dior group will no longer operate any real business after it has stripped the Christian Dior Couture high fashion business, and will become a pure holding company. It will continue to own LVMH 41% stake and 56.8% of the voting rights.
