The products involved more than 10 international famous brands, and the famous brands such as ARMANI, Zegna and FENDI were detected pH values and other safety indicators were not qualified.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Consumer Protection Office of the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Commerce and industry, the Municipal Industrial and Commercial Bureau commissioned the industrial inspection and testing center of the entry-exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau in the three and fourth quarter of this year to carry out two quality surveillance for garments in the circulation field of the city. The monitoring results showed that the passing rate of imported garments was far lower than that of domestic garments, and the main problems of the unqualified clothing were formaldehyde content and pH value exceeding the standard, color fastness unqualified and identification confusion.

According to experts, formaldehyde content and pH value are all safety indicators. Unqualified will cause hidden cumulative damage to human body. Formaldehyde containing clothing can cause respiratory inflammation and skin inflammation. Clothing pH value exceeds standard will destroy skin surface bacterial balance, cause skin allergies and other diseases.

Clothing with poor color fastness will be exposed to rubbing or water and sweat. Then the skin will cause adverse reactions such as allergy and damage the body's immunity.

According to the introduction, product identification is one of the components of product quality, and the national standard makes mandatory provisions for marking and marking.

In this monitoring, the unqualified mark is a common problem in clothing. Especially the imported garments are mainly marked by irregular specification of the size and specification, not using the durable mark according to the regulations, the product name is not standardized, and the fiber components are not qualified.

There are also individual commodities which do not identify the names, addresses, standards and certificates of production or marketing enterprises.

It shows that some distributors do not attach importance to label labels, and do not know enough about relevant standards. Individual illegal businesses even deliberately deceive consumers.

The industry and Commerce Department will intensify supervision and control. The relevant officials of the Municipal Bureau of industry and Commerce said that the unqualified clothing monitored by the Bureau has demanded that all distributors immediately stop selling and carry out rectification.

At the same time, we should carry out follow-up checks according to law, deal with dealers who sell unqualified clothing, and clear up the unqualified products from the market.

In addition, the city commerce and Industry Bureau will continue to monitor clothing and increase the number of sampling inspections, strengthen the supervision of unqualified distribution enterprises, and combat inferior products.
