Later, he sold flour and processed chicken cages, but in the end he lost all his blood.

After careful consideration, I decided to do catering.

So he visited dozens of famous shops in Xi'an and asked hundreds of chef to develop a unique skin dumpling.

In May 1989, I made a loan of 5000 yuan, and the skin dumpling restaurant opened in the South Street of Changan District.



Why do you call it a thin dumpling restaurant?

In less than four months, business has changed a lot, and the income has increased from one hundred yuan a day to five hundred yuan a day.

Skin dumplings soon ring Changan, Xi'an, the staff from two to nine people, business area doubled, the dumpling hall is still full every day.



Catering is a service oriented society.

Most of the customers speak of civilization, and there are individuals with low quality, who make trouble by drinking. Their rude language and impolite behavior are unbearable, but you can't conflict with them.

I want to get rid of poverty and become rich.

I believe that there are always many good people in the world.



Achieve leapfrog



In March 1999, after studying in the south, he made an unexpected decision: give up the golden section of the dumpling restaurant.

In September 2000, the village of thin village in Changan friendship Street officially opened.

The pition from the thin dumpling hall to the thin village flavor garden has expanded from 500 square meters to more than 50 employees.

With the skin and thin dumpling as the leader, the main Cantonese cuisine Department has created a combination of dumplings and big dishes to make the traditional dumpling, a traditional snack, go to the elegant hall for thousands of years.



In January 2005, Xi'an leather restaurant Co., Ltd. was formally established.

At the same time, it opened a branch store and developed two authorized stores.

Now, I have started the dream of brand scale development: focus on the development of authorized stores, let "skins" out of Shaanxi, add luster to Changan.
