It's a good habit to write down what you want to do, but there are some differences in writing the same thing: efficiency days suggest that we use Schedule instead of To Do List.

The schedule is less free than the agency, and more time constraints. This is the difference, so that the former has certain advantages in improving work efficiency. Let's give an example.

You have to finish reading a 300 page book today, especially when you need to study hard, instead of reading ten or ten thousand business books. You can allocate reading tasks according to time to form a calendar.

9:00-09:30 generally understand the distribution of knowledge density in chapters.
9:30-10:30 read 50 pages of the first, second chapter.
10:40-11:40 read the 30 most difficult pages of the third chapter.
And so on

At the beginning, we only need to arrange 2-3 items of the agenda, and then proceed with the tasks to carry out the following contents; if the task can not be completed on schedule, it can be realigned according to the actual situation.

You will find that people will be able to accomplish tasks faster and better under the constraint of time. That is why the more formal occasions, the more needed a calendar (rather than just lists of to-do lists).
